If you need -for any reason- to exchange your Outplay item, here's how to get started on a exchange:
- Click on Returns & Exchanges.The first step is to enter your Order Number (If your order has a C include it) & Shipping Zip Code in the respective fields. Clicking the link will take you directly to your account page once you sign in.
- SELECT THE ITEMS TO EXCHANGE. On your orders page, scroll to one of the items you'd like to exchange and tap the "Continue" button at the bottom of the screen.
- SUBMIT EXCHANGE. Check all the items you want to return. Provide a reason and hit "Continue"
- SHIP IT
To be eligible for an exchange, your exchanged item must be in new and clean condition and meet all requirements:
- Undamaged and unwashed with all the original tags in place.
- No signs of deodorant residue.
- No signs of dirt, stains, smell, and/or use.
Any item(s) returned in a condition that makes the item(s) no longer sellable as ‘NEW’ will not be accepted and no exchange will be issued. Please visit our Returns Policy for complete details.
Pieces bought as combo pack must be exchanged or returned as a combo, they cannot be returned or exchanged as separate pieces. Final sale items are not elegible for returns or exchanges. All sales are final after 60 days. Any returns or exchanges received past the 60 day return policy timeframe will not be recognized.
Only merchandise that has not been worn, washed, damaged, and has original tags may be returned for exchange. Once your package is received and processed, you will received an email with your shipping and tracking information for your exchange.
We apologize, WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, ONLY REFUNDS. If you wish to return items, packages must be returned prepaid. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to show up on your statement. Shipping charges are not refundable. If your package is deemed undeliverable, you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs and/or taxes If your package is refused or abandoned, you will not be elegible for a refund. We cannot refund customs duties or fees.
When returning items to us from outside of the USA, you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods. If you fail to do this, we are unable to accept any charges incurred in order for the package to reach us.
The cost of returning the item to us is your liability. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a carrier that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund returned items lost in the post.
- We have the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our returns policy requirements.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error or past the 30 day return policy timeframe.
