WHAT IS OUTPLAY'S RETURN POLICY?

You are very important to us, your business is important to us as well! If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your online order, just return all or part of your purchase within 60 days of the shipping date and we will exchange the item(s) or refund the purchase amount for your return (some exceptions apply). 

Remember, merchandise that has been worn, washed, damaged, or hangtags removed may not be returned. Items must be returned in their original Outplay branded packaging. Any and all items received without original tags, packaging or has been clearly worn, stained, or damaged in any way will not be recognized an will not be returned.

Pieces bought as combo pack must be exchanged or returned as a combo, they cannot be returned or exchanged as separate pieces.

Final sale items are not elegible for returns or exchanges. All sales are final after 60 days. Any returns or exchanges received past the 60 day return policy timeframe will not be recognized.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. For partial refunds of orders initially with free shipping we deduct $7 to cover shipping and restocking. For full refunds of orders initially with free shipping, we deduct $7 to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment.

EXCHANGES

Only merchandise that has not been worn, washed, damaged, and has original tags may be returned for exchange. Once your package is received and processed, you will received an email with your shipping and tracking information for your exchange.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We apologize, we DO NOT offer exchanges on international sales, only refunds. If you wish to return items, packages must be returned prepaid. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used. Please allow up to 30 business days for the credit to show up on your statement. Shipping charges are not refundable. If your package is deemed undeliverable, you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs and/or taxes If your package is refused or abandoned, you will not be elegible for a refund. We cannot refund customs duties or fees.

CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS

When returning items to us from outside of the USA, you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods. If you fail to do this, we are unable to accept any charges incurred in order for the package to reach us.

LIABILITY

The cost of returning the item to us is your liability. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a carrier that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund returned items lost in the post.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • We have the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned dies not meet our returns policy requirements.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error or past the 30 day return policy timeframe.
