Once we receive your items, we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within 15 business days. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve issued the refund—it may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to show in your account.
If you paid through Afterpay, they will also process your refund. Please contact Afterpay directly for questions about your refund.
