The Manastara sweat pants are mid-rise sweats made to be lived in. They are named the Manastara mountain, one the the tallest mountains in state of Zulia in Venezuela. This style has a looser fit all around, slightly tapered towards the ankles where it ends in secure 2" cuffs. The legs section of the joggers is cut at the knee for more flexibility and room. The Manastara sweat pants are amazingly soft and are crazy simple to take care of. Just wash with your regular wash and tumble dry. The elastic waistband is 2" wide with an inner, hidden easy pull-on style with adjustable drawcord in the center front for a secure but comfortable fit. It's branded with an Outplay wave by the left side pocket with a water-based heat transfer so there're aren't any nasty chemicals touching your skin at any point. With two large visible pockets in the front of the sweat pants, they are outlined with a rectangle seam. The left pocket has a hidden zipper for more security and plenty of space so you have room to keep your hands free. The side slip pockets on both sides. The mix of fabrics includes 5% spandex which gives you that extra bit of stretch that equals even more comfort and flexibility to live in these sweats. They're a cross between traditional sweat pants and joggers as they are warm enough for a cool fall day but thin enough you can wear them to any workout and still stay cool and comfortable. There are perfect for a cool fall day, while you're working from home and just want to be as comfortable as possible all day. Warning, you might not want to change out of these sweat pants they're so soft and comfortable.

Size & Fit Guide

How do I know my size?

It took us a lot of research and a lot of testing on a lot of bodies in different shapes and sizes to come up with the sizing and fit for all of Outplay’s swimwear and sportswear. As much as we believe we’ve created really well thought-out and meticulously measured sizing system for our gender neutral clothing, we know not every style is right for every body type. Because of this, we’re constantly adding new cuts and styles giving you as many options possible for any fit. As we continue to grow, we will be adding more styles, sizes and designs that can fit your body and give you the comfort and confidence you’ve come to expect from Outplay.

All measurements refer to body size, not garment dimensions. Because our sizing is different from most traditional clothing companies, we suggest you use our size charts as a guide. The size you normally wear doesn’t necessarily translate into Outplay sizing exactly the same.

If you’re between sizes, we suggest you size up for t-shirts and sweatshirts, and go for the smaller size for sweatpants and tights.

Compression

When it comes to compression tops, it all depends on the level of compression you are looking for. If you’re looking for maximum compression and you fall between sizes, go for the smaller size. Always keep in mind our compression tops do stretch as they are made of spandex and spandex mixes and other stretchable fabrics. They are not traditional binders and their hold will never be as pronounced or as rigid as that of a traditional binder. They are made to be worn while swimming and being active, and can be worn for long periods of time without causing any harm to your body.

How to measure yourself

We always recommend you get someone to help you take your measurements. It’s easier and you get more accurate and precise measurements this way. If you take your own measurements, we recommend you do it in front of a mirror so you can have a better view of how you’re measuring everything all the way around.

CHEST:

With your arms relaxed and down your side, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Make sure to keep the measuring tape horizontal. Get a full measurement without tightening the measuring tape around you.

WAIST:

Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest point of your upper body). Make sure to keep the measuring tape horizontal and don’t tighten it.

HIPS:

Measure around your hip bones which are at the widest point of your hip section.

INSEAM:

Measure the inside length of your leg, from your crotch down.

*inseam refers to the length of the garment, from the crotch seam to the hem. You can find style specific inseam details on each product page description.
**These are sizing guidelines. Please take your body measurements to determine you most accurate size.

If you’re on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or stronger compression. Choose the larger size for a looser fit. When it comes to compression tops a looser fit will not allow the compression materials to do their job.
